Rob here from Pet Wish Pros! I wanted to update you on some great news. Over the past 6 months, our team has been working on the brand new Pet Wish Pros! We have officially launched! We have taken feedback from our loyal customers on how to improve your experience shopping online.

What’s different? Here’s the scoop. We are still the old Pet Wish Pros that you know and love. We challenged ourselves with improving every aspect of our operations. Now, we believe we already did a stellar job, but why not?

What’s changed:

No Shipping Fees

We have eliminated shipping fees for our United States customers completely. I’m NOT joking. All orders will ship for free, and you don’t have to order a certain amount to qualify. If you order a $5 product, it will be shipped to you for free. We do not charge a membership fee, so you can take advantage of free shipping now, and in the future. 

Advanced Package Tracking

We now offer advanced tracking on our shipments, free of charge! You can receive a notification to your phone when the delivery courier is about to deliver your package. 

User-Friendly Navigation

We have improved our website compatibility. It works on all of your devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. We took the minimalist approach, and wanted our website to have a simple and clean approach.

See What You Are Buying

We have made the images of the products bigger on our website, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. 

Environmentally Conscious

60% of our shipments are packed with recycled materials. This is combined with using lighter materials to save fuel. 

Some things that didn’t change, but are equally as awesome:

• Our shipping is FAST. Most shipments take just 2 days.
• We offer fantastic phone support. Real people answer our phones. You may even get to talk to me ☺
• Did I mention our customer service is great?
• We guarantee fresh products, and long expiration dates. Our warehouse is climate controlled, unlike some of our competitors.
• As always, we have no hidden fees at checkout. This combined with no shipping fees, means a better experience.
• Your information is safe. We have industry leading server security, and we do not keep payment information on file!
