Sunseed Vita Prima Sunscription Parakeet Food is a daily diet built around a mix of seeds, grains, vitamin-fortified pellets, dried fruit and dried vegetable pieces. The varied shapes and textures are intended to mirror the diverse foraging diet parakeets seek out in the wild and to help prevent cage boredom. The recipe is fortified with vitamins A, D3 and E along with a blend of live microorganisms to round out daily nutrition. It contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Owners feed the mix directly from a shallow dish and can supplement it with fresh vegetables and fruit. The dish should be cleaned and any uneaten food discarded before each new feeding, with fresh water kept available at all times. The product comes packaged in a resealable bag sized for home storage.
