This treat stick is built in layers, with each baking step dipping the stick in a nutrient coating so it delivers both flavor and fortified vitamins. A grain and seed base combines wheat, oats, millet, corn, and dehydrated apple with a touch of honey for a crunchy bite. At the core of every stick sits a natural wood chew piece, giving a parrot an extended chewing surface long after the outer coating has been eaten. Each pack comes with an attached clip holder so the stick can be hung directly inside the bird's habitat. The stick is meant to be offered as an occasional snack alongside a parrot's regular diet, with fresh water kept available at all times. Two sticks are included in every package.
