Each pre-moistened pad is soaked in an alcohol-free, water-based micellar solution containing chlorhexidine, climbazole, MicroSilver BG and Ceramide III. The formula is designed for topical cleansing of skin folds, hot spots, lips and nasal folds, vulva, screw tail, axillae and groin areas on dogs and cats. Ceramide III is included to help support the skin's natural moisture barrier during cleansing. The individual wipes are packaged together in a jar so a single pad can be removed, used once and then discarded. Application typically involves wiping the affected area two to three times per day or as recommended by a veterinarian. No rinsing, water or additional products are required, making the wipes suited to quick at-home cleansing routines. Pets should not be allowed to lick the treated area until it has dried to help prevent ingestion of the solution.
