It is formulated for dogs, cats, and horses of any age with dry or sensitive skin and is typically applied after bathing with a compatible shampoo. The rinse is massaged into the wet coat, left in place for several minutes, and then lightly rinsed with clean water, leaving hair more manageable, less prone to static, and easier to detangle.
