This ophthalmic solution is formulated with 0.25 percent viscoadaptive hyaluronan combined with glycerin to help moisturize the surface of the eye and support the natural tear film. The formula is preservative-free and supplied in a multidose dropper bottle designed to dispense drops without requiring assembly. Each bottle contains water for injection, sodium chloride, hyaluronan, glycerin, sodium phosphate, potassium sorbate, and EDTA. It is intended for topical use in the eye of dogs and cats and is applied directly from the bottle as needed. The cap should be replaced firmly after each use and the dropper tip should not touch any surface to avoid contamination. The bottle should be stored at controlled room temperature and discarded if the solution becomes cloudy or discolored or after the labeled expiration date.
