Nolvasan Otic Cleansing Solution is a liquid formulated with isopropanol along with inert ingredients to loosen and lift debris, dirt and dead skin tissue from the ear canal of dogs and cats. The solution is applied directly into the ear canal, after which the base of the ear is gently massaged to help work the liquid through the canal. Excess fluid and loosened material are then wiped away from the visible part of the outer ear using cotton. The product is intended for external use in the ear only and is packaged as a pourable liquid in a plastic bottle. It is meant for general cleaning rather than treatment of an existing ear condition, and use alongside veterinary guidance is advised. The solution should be stored at controlled room temperature and kept away from children.
