Keto-C Shampoo is a liquid, leave-on cleansing formula built around two active ingredients, chlorhexidine gluconate and ketoconazole, combined in a cucumber melon scented base. It is intended for dogs, cats and horses as part of routine bathing or a structured skin-care regimen for coats affected by bacteria or fungi. The formula also contains water, lauramine oxide, cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside and glycolic acid to help the lather rinse cleanly from the coat. Each bottle is applied directly to a wet coat, worked into a lather, left in place for a short contact period, then rinsed thoroughly, and the process may be repeated. No mixing, dilution or additional equipment is required beyond warm water. The bottle should be shaken before each use and stored at room temperature between applications. Packaging is a pump or squeeze bottle sized for at-home or barn use.
