TrizEDTA Aqueous Flush is a clear, colorless liquid solution built around tromethamine (Tris) USP and edetate disodium dihydrate (EDTA) USP, buffered to a pH of 8 in deionized water. The formula is alcohol-free, dye-free and preservative-free, and is intended for topical use on the ears or skin of dogs and cats. It can be used on its own as part of a routine cleaning regimen or as a presoak before other ear care products are applied. To use, the bottle is shaken well, then the solution is applied to the ear canal with a gentle massage at the base of the ear, or squeezed directly onto the affected skin area, with any excess wiped away using a cotton ball. Each bottle comes ready to use with no mixing or assembly required. The product is packaged in a squeeze bottle and should be kept at controlled room temperature.
