WormEze Feline Anthelmintic Liquid is a piperazine citrate based dewormer made for use in cats and kittens. It is formulated to target large roundworms, including Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati and Toxascaris leonina, that live in the intestinal tract. The liquid can be applied directly into the cat's mouth or mixed into its regular food or drinking water, and the flavored formula is designed to be palatable. Presence of roundworms should first be confirmed through a laboratory fecal examination, and a veterinarian can assist with diagnosis and ongoing parasite control. Dosing is based on body weight, and a second treatment is typically given ten days after the first. The product comes in a liquid bottle intended for oral use only and should be kept out of the reach of children.
