The toy is built around a circular track that holds a light-up ball which activates through motion, encouraging cats to bat and chase it as it circles. A textured scratch pad sits at the center of the track, giving cats an outlet for scratching behavior separate from household furniture. Catnip is included with the toy to draw cats toward it and extend play sessions. The low-profile, round design sits flat on the floor and takes up little space in a room. Over time, the scratch pad and the light-up ball can wear down with regular use, and both are available as separate replacement parts. The toy ships in an assortment of color options.
