Safe-Guard Equine Dewormer Paste is an oral antiparasitic formulated with 10% fenbendazole in an apple-cinnamon flavored paste base. Each syringe is calibrated with a dial ring so the dose can be set to match the horse's body weight before administration. The paste is deposited on the back of the tongue through the interdental space after the horse's mouth has been cleared of feed. It is intended for use in horses, including foals, weanlings, pregnant mares, and stallions, as part of a parasite control program. The syringe is a single-use, ready-to-administer unit that requires no mixing or assembly. Horses treated with this product should not be intended for human consumption.
