This semi-floating granule was formulated after research into the feeding habits of guppies and other livebearer species. The pellet stays in the water column, softening over time without dissolving or clouding the aquarium water, so fish have extended time to feed. Fish meal, krill meal, wheat flour, and soybean meal form the protein base, along with seaweed meal as a natural source of iodine and astaxanthin from krill for color support. Vitamins and minerals are encapsulated within each granule to reduce nutrient leaching during feeding. The formula is intended for guppies, other livebearers, and small tropical fish sharing the same aquarium. Uneaten food should be removed after each feeding to help maintain water quality.
