This bird accessory combines a hanging ring perch with playful add-on elements in a single translucent plastic piece. A bell with chains and beads hangs from the bottom of the ring, while wavy plastic shapes extend from either side for a bird to spin and manipulate with its beak and feet. The open center of the ring gives a bird a place to perch and rest inside the toy itself. It is designed to attach to the bars of a standard bird cage for hanging use. The toy ships in assorted bright colors, so the exact color mix a bird receives may vary. No tools are needed to hang the toy inside a cage.
