The enclosure combines glass side panels with a metal frame and a sliding mesh screen top that opens and closes smoothly for access to the habitat. The screen locks into place with a front latch to add security once the habitat is set up. Built-in wire ports let heater, lighting, or other power cords pass into the enclosure without leaving gaps that a pet could use to escape. A recessed space along the interior is sized to hold a hanging water bottle or dripper for animals that need one.
