Callicrate SMART Bander Prolapse Loops are oversized latex loops built to fit over large tissue masses such as uterine, rectal, and cervical prolapses. Each loop is inserted into the nose of the Callicrate SMART Bander, placed around the prolapsed tissue, and tightened with even pressure on both sides until the tension peg meets the back of the slot, then secured using the bander's crimping lever. The loop is trimmed close to the clip with a Callicrate Cutter once locked in place. Constructed of durable latex, the loops are designed to hold consistent tension so that blood flow to the affected tissue is restricted. The set includes five loops packaged together and is intended for use only with the Callicrate SMART Bander tool. Beyond prolapse removal, the loops may also be used to ligate tumors, abscesses, and other abnormal tissue growths.
