The Kong EZ Clear collar is a see-through recovery cone designed to keep a dog from reaching an injury, rash, or post-surgical incision during healing. The transparent, lightweight plastic panel lets the dog keep a normal field of vision instead of the tunnel view created by a solid cone, which can make the recovery period less stressful. A padded edge lines the rim where the collar meets the neck to reduce rubbing and irritation. Hook-and-loop straps run along the side of the collar so it can be opened flat, placed around the neck, and refastened without wrestling the dog into a rigid ring. The straps also allow the fit to be loosened or tightened for a snug but comfortable hold. Sizing is based on neck circumference, matching the collar as closely as possible to the dog's everyday collar size. No tools or assembly are needed; the collar is ready to fit directly out of the packaging.
