Dry eyes disappear with Optixcare Eye Lube. It is a moisturizing ophthalmic lubricant in a carbomer gel form. The gel swells when applied to the eyes and combined with tears. This changes the consistency of Optixcare Eye Lube to a clear, water-like suspension that covers and clings to the surface of the eye, easing any discomfort associated with dry eyes. Optixcare Eye Lube can be used on dogs, cats, and horses and is also effective during and after surgery.
Directions & Dosage
For dry eyes: Apply one or two drops in both eyes. Repeat the application up to four times a day or as often as recommended by your veterinarian or veterinary ophthalmologist. Discontinue product use and contact your veterinarian if there is any redness, excessive tearing, or other irritation. Veterinarians that are using Optixcare Eye Lube during anesthesia should apply one to two drops onto the corneal surface or conjunctival sac of both eyes as frequently as required.
