Ketohex Shampoo (16 oz)

An antiseptic shampoo in a synergistic base for deep cleaning and deodorizing of dogs, cats and horses.
VetOne Ketohex Shampoo is a pleasantly scented shampoo with antiseptic activity (antibacterial and antifungal) designed for dogs, cats and horses with dermatological conditions responsive to chlorhexidine and ketoconazole.

Directions and Dosage

Shake well before use. Wet the hair coat with warm water and apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather. Massage shampoo into wet hair coat, lather freely. Rinse and repeat. Allow to remain on hair for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. May be used initially 2 to 3 times a week for 4 weeks, then reducing to once a week, or as directed by your veterinarian.

Ingredients

Chlorhexidine 2% and Ketoconazole 1%.

    This shampoo seems to relieve my golden retriever's itch.
    The only complaint is that it is very runny. Being a little thicker would be nice.

    Anti-bacterial & Anti-fungal Pet Shampoo

    Both of my Yorkies have pyoderma and my vet suggested an anti-fungal , anti-bacterial shampoo to use for their baths. I found this Keto Hex shampoo to be effective and has a nice scent. Follow the instructions and you will get good results.

    Great product to prevent infection from allergies.

    Was spending 100's of dollars at the vet to treat infections caused by my dogs allergies. Using this shampoo every other day or so prevents infection and saves me monthly trips to the vet. Great product.

    This really works well for dog bumps

    Our shepherd had skin bumps on her back , after regular use every other day,following the directions, the bumps started going away. We backed off to every 3 days and they kept dissapering. I now still bathe just her lower back every 3 days just for maintenence and they have stayed away. This was initially recommended by our vet. I take the dog outside,wet her back really well with garden hose with sprayer set to wide spray. Shake up the shampoo and lather on really well. let it sit and work for 10 minutes then rinse. After two or three times our dog began to really enjoy this and now looks forward to it. No doggy bumps and smells good at the same time. Pet wish Pros is the place to purchase this,they are great.

    My dog suffers from terrible allergies leading to skin infections. We use this shampoo for prevention and it works great and smells good too!

    Ketohex shampoo

    Well I was happy to find this shampoo here at Pet Wish Pros...because it is like a wish come true for me. My little dog contracted Ringworm from our neighbor's brand new little puppy, such a shame for both her puppy & my dog. Well one of the treatments my Vet had us do was to shampoo our dog every two days with this Ketohex shampoo for a month at least. Well the shampoo costs double at our Vet's office & wasn't sure if I could afford to purchase more of it as it didn't last very long. Here at Pet Wish Pros I was able to purchade to same shampoo in a larger size for the same cost as a small one at my Vet's.
    So thnk you so much for helping me to help my little dog with this aweful fungus..I will recommend this site to everyon I know.
