This liquid water conditioner is designed to make tap water safe for aquarium fish by neutralizing common contaminants in a single dose. The concentrated formula works on contact to remove chlorine and chloramines and to bind heavy metals such as copper, lead and zinc that can damage gills and tissue. It also detoxifies ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, compounds produced by fish waste, uneaten food and decaying organic matter that can stress or harm aquatic life. The bottle includes a built-in dosing cap so measured amounts can be added directly to tap water or to the aquarium during setup, water changes or when introducing new fish. It is suitable for use in freshwater, saltwater and planted tanks. A follow-up partial water change is recommended after dosing as part of routine aquarium maintenance.
