As with any medical device, ensure your pet is not left unattended during use. To secure the best fit, measure your pet's neck using the size chart before placing an order.

The pet will only wear the device during the 15-minute treatment session. It is important to supervise the animal during this time to ensure the device remains properly positioned.

Rapidly blinking lights on the device will signal that it is approaching the end of its life and that it's time to order a replacement Assisi DentaLOOP.

We recommend starting with 2-3 treatments per day, spacing them out at least two hours apart. For acute inflammation, you should see noticeable relief after the first or second treatment.

With chronic or degenerative issues, you may not see notable results for 2 to 4 weeks. You will want to continue the treatments as recommended by your veterinarian for continued long-term healing.

Yes, as long as your pet's crate does not contain metal. Metal can interfere with the signal, potentially diminishing the treatment's effectiveness.

The Assisi LOOP is a non-invasive, non-drug therapy for pets. Your vet might prescribe a specific treatment protocol for your pet.

1. Position the device so the center of the loop is over the area that needs treatment. To ensure the best treatment field, try to keep the applicator in a circular shape.
2. Press the on/off button once. Treat for 15 minutes. Both green lights will flash indicating that the treatment is being delivered.
3. After 15 minutes, the device will automatically turn itself off.
4. If you want to treat for less than 15 minutes, press the on/off button to turn the device off.
5. For optimal battery life, wait at least 2 hours between treatments unless instructed by your veterinarian. If your veterinarian prescribes more frequent use, battery life could be reduced.
