Equimax Paste is a smooth, apple-flavored oral dewormer formulated for horses and ponies. Each pre-filled syringe combines two active ingredients, ivermectin and praziquantel, so a single dose addresses both common internal parasites and tapeworms in one administration. The syringe features an adjustable, lockable dosing ring with weight markings so owners can set the plunger to match the horse's body weight before dosing. To use, the ring is turned and slid to the correct weight marking, then the paste is deposited on the back of the horse's tongue with the mouth free of feed. The paste is intended for oral use in horses only and is not to be used in other animal species. No assembly is required beyond adjusting the built-in dosing mechanism on the syringe itself.
