Exodus Paste is an equine anthelmintic formulated with 43.9% w/w pyrantel pamoate suspended in an inert, pale yellow to buff colored vehicle. The apple-flavored paste is packaged in a pre-measured oral syringe designed for horses and ponies. The syringe plunger carries weight-mark increments so the dose can be adjusted to the animal's body weight, with a full syringe delivering 3.6 grams of pyrantel base in 23.6 grams of paste. To administer, the cap is removed, the nozzle is placed at the corner of the mouth, and the syringe is directed toward the back of the tongue before the plunger is depressed. Any unused portion can be recapped on the syringe nozzle for storage. The product is intended for oral use in horses only and ships in multi-syringe case packs for barn or farm use.
