KOE Concentrate is a professional-strength deodorizing solution formulated to eliminate rather than mask animal odors, including old, embedded smells from urine, feces, and other soiling. It is added to cleaning solution or rinse water at a small measured dose, so a single bottle stretches across many gallons of finished solution. The formula is not enzyme-based, so it can be combined with other cleaners and germicides without losing effectiveness, though chlorine solutions reduce its performance. It can be applied by hand, through a pump-up lawn and garden sprayer, or through a high-pressure washer for treating cages, runs, floors, tables, and walls. After application it leaves behind a mild, fresh scent rather than a heavy fragrance. The concentrate contains water, a proprietary essential oil blend, and preservatives.
