This powder supplement is built around dried first colostrum blended with whole milk proteins, live naturally occurring beneficial microbials, vitamins, and electrolytes. The formula is designed to deliver colostrum fat and protein for sustained energy, along with an easily digestible milk-sugar carbohydrate source. Each packet can be reconstituted with warm water for scour support or mixed with milk as a daily ration supplement. It is intended for calves showing decreased appetite, weakness, scours, or added nutritional stress from shipping, vaccination, illness, weather changes, or ration adjustments. The mixed solution is given orally using a bottle, drench, or esophageal feeder, and the dry powder can also be stirred into a grain mix for calves that are still eating or recovering. No assembly or additional equipment is required beyond warm water or milk and a feeding tool.
