The band is extra-narrow to suit a kitten's small neck, and the buckle can be fastened at any point along the material rather than only at fixed holes, so the fit can be adjusted as a kitten grows toward the 8 inch maximum. A single collar is included per package. Because the design relies on stretch-and-release rather than a breakaway clip, it should not be attached to a stationary tie-out.
