Fresh World bedding is made from unbleached, phenol-free recycled paper that has been blended with baking soda to help neutralize cage odors. The paper fibers are virtually dust-free and are designed to absorb several times their weight in moisture, keeping habitats drier between cleanings. The soft texture makes the bedding comfortable for burrowing, nesting and general lounging, and the material is biodegradable and compostable once soiled. It is intended to be spread a few inches deep across the bottom of a cage, hutch, or litter pan and refreshed through regular spot cleaning. The bedding ships in a resealable poly bag that can stand upright or lay flat for storage. It is suited to a range of small companion animals kept in cages, hutches, or bins.
