These soft, chewy muffins are baked from a blend of sweet feed and molasses along with corn, oats, bran, wheat flour, cornstarch, soybean meal, dehydrated alfalfa meal, and added vitamins. Each muffin is finished with a Brach's Star Brite mint made with real peppermint oil, giving every piece a sweet, minty center. The moist, pliable texture makes the muffins easy to break apart, which many horse owners find useful when offering oral medication alongside a treat. They are intended as an occasional reward for horses rather than a dietary staple, and work well during training, riding, or everyday handling. The treats come packaged in a resealable pouch to help maintain freshness between uses. Horse owners should keep the pouch away from heat and store it in a cool, dry location.
