Vetrimec Paste is an apple-flavored antiparasitic gel packaged in a single-use plastic syringe for oral dosing in horses. The syringe plunger includes a dial with weight markings so a caregiver can select the correct amount for a horse up to 1,250 pounds before administering the full dose on the back of the tongue. Each syringe is formulated with ivermectin at a 1.87 percent concentration and is intended to address a wide range of internal parasites and bot larvae in a single application.
