Oral Electrolyte Solution
For use in dogs and cats over the age of 12 weeks
Helps to replenish electrolytes and maintain normal fluid balance in the blood and tissues in times of mild fluid loss due to vomiting, dehydration and/or diarrhea or whenever solid foods cannot be tolerated. Pet-A-Lyte is a ready-to-use chicken-flavored solution that is recommended to help maintain normal fluid balance in dogs and cats. It helps fight dehydration caused by GI distress and is an ideal product for use in patients needing electrolyte replacement because of heat stress, vomiting, diarrhea, extreme exertion, parvo, or recent surgery.
Directions & Dosage
- Free choice in times of post-op recovery or inappetence for 2-4 days;
- for vomiting or diarrhea, small frequent amounts (3-4 oz) 3-4 times a day until tolerance is established.
- Refrigerate unused product after opening. Good for 30 days after opening when refrigerated.
