We know that sometimes things don't work out, but we're here to make sure your experience with us is always a pawsitive one! 🐾 Most items can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions apply, such as final sale items, wholesale orders, and personalized products. Just so you know – exceptions are noted on the product page, so please check there before ordering.

You can't return items that are opened or used. But hey, why not spread the love and donate them to a local shelter? It's a win-win for our furry friends! 🐾💕

No matter what, if what you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. 

Returning used, damaged, or materially different items may result in a partial or no refund.

How can I request a return or replacement?

Requesting a return or replacement is simple and hassle-free! We provide free returns for fellow pet parents in the United States. Just follow these steps and you're all set! It's so easy, even your cat could do it...if they weren't too busy napping! 🐱💤

  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm the return, we'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. The Return Authorization is valid for 15 days. Please ship your item back within 15 days of opening your return.
  3. Ship It Back: Just package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided shipping label. Don’t forget to keep the tracking information for your records!
How do I return my items?

  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the items you’re returning in their original packaging if possible. Make sure everything is cushioned to prevent damage during transit!
  3. Label Your Package: Print and attach the return label to your package. That way, it’ll be easy for us to identify it once it arrives!
  4. Drop It Off: Your return label will include instructions on where to drop your package off. We use a variety of couriers to return your package. Please check with UPS, USPS, or FedEx to find out where you can drop off your package.

What's happening with my refund?

Once we've received your return, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process. You'll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Absolutely! Just give our friendly customer service team a shout to fetch a printed return label for you—it's only a dollar! 🐾

Are returns free?

Absolutely, for almost everyone! Return shipping is free if you reside in the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48). However, for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or on a U.S. military base outside the contiguous U.S., then we will charge you for the cost of the shipping label. Just like a cat's curiosity, we aim to keep things transparent! 🐾

Can I make a return if I'm located in another country?

Yes, you can return your item, but the ins and outs of global shipping make it tricky. If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. Due to the complexities of importing and exporting, we can't provide a prepaid return label for international customers. Think of it as navigating a cat through a maze—tricky, but not impossible!
