- Ship It Back: Just package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided shipping label. Don’t forget to keep the tracking information for your records!

Are returns free?
Absolutely, for almost everyone! Return shipping is free if you reside in the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48). However, for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or on a U.S. military base outside the contiguous U.S., then we will charge you for the cost of the shipping label. Can I make a return if I'm located in another country?
Yes, you can return your item, but the ins and outs of global shipping make it tricky. If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.
